R-Phycoerythrin (PE) 標識抗体
R-フィコエリスリン (PE) は、タンパク質の標識に広く用いられる、海草から単離された赤色蛍光のマルチサブユニットタンパク質です。PE の吸光度スペクトルは励起波長が広範にわたり、ストークスシフトが大きく、様々な励起源を使用できます。また、PE は内因性タンパク質により消光しません。水溶性を有し、非特異的な結合をせず、標識してもスペクトル特性が変わらないだけでなく、量子収量が高いために温度に影響を受けず、広いpH域で蛍光を発します。アルゴンイオンレーザー (488) で励起させて570 nm で検出すると、他の蛍光色素標識タンパク質とPE 標識タンパク質の多重染色が可能です。
