In-Cell Western™ (LI-COR®)
In-Cell Western™ は、細胞内シグナリングの定量化を可能とするシンプルかつコスト効率の良いセルベースアッセイです。このアッセイではマイクロタイタープレートへの細胞播種後、細胞の固定/浸透を経て活性状態特異的もしくはコントロール抗体と赤外蛍光標識二次抗体によるラベリングを行います。CST 社は、LI-COR® Biosciences（www.licor.com）との共同研究でOdyssey® 赤外線イメージングシステムを使用し、多くの抗体をIn-Cell Western™ 用にバリデートしてまいりました。最新のIn-Cell ウェスタン（ICW）用抗体の情報やICW に関する技術的問い合わせはinfo@cstj.co.jpまでご連絡ください。

C2C12 mouse myoblast cells were grown in 96-well plates, treated with either insulin (15 min) or the PI3K inhibitor LY294002 (3 hr), fixed, and labeled with antibodies in the PathScan® Multi-Target Automated IF PI3K/Akt Kit. Responses of each antibody were measured as mean fluorescence intensity per well.
