以下の抗体は、最適条件下で抗体の第1級アミン基にビオチンが結合されています。ウェスタンブロット、フローサイトメトリー、ELISA、Luminex、免疫沈降、免疫蛍光アッセイなど、ストレプトアビジン検出系を用いる様々なアプリケーションでの使用に便利です。

  • ビオチン/ストレプトアビジン系は、様々なアッセイプラットフォームで使用できます。
  • ビオチン/ストレプトアビジン系には動物種間の交差反応性がないので、免疫沈降後ウェスタンブロットを行うときなど、一次抗体/二次抗体系に代わる方法として有用です。
  • 厳格な品質管理に加え標識率を一定にすることにより、ロット間差が非常に小さく抑えられてます。
